The Position Paper to Eliminate Reinvention
and Build On Your Knowledge — Sept. 15
The Position Paper is a key outcome of the Charter Phase. It captures the knowledge that already exists around the major questions for a development program. By doing so, it ensures that the extensible knowledge in use in an organization is actually getting used.
A template for the Position Paper has been on the community site since March. In this webinar, we'll review what the position paper is, how it functions, how to write one, and what happens next with the knowledge that was consolidated.
