You are invited to a series of events to establish the Rapid Learning Cycles framework for the X program.

Since we have not done a Virtual Kickoff Event before, we have some extra steps to take to get ready.

FIRST: Look for email invitations from me for three events:

--A Preparation Session

--Two Kickoff Event Sessions.


SECOND: Look for an invitation from me to join my CardSmith team.  This is the tool we will use for the Kickoff Event.  You can sign up and play around with a board to familiarize yourself with the tool.

THIRD:  Clear your calendars and ask others to avoid interrupting you during these sessions.

These are active collaboration sessions that will require your full attention. Please act as if we've gone "off-site" and communicate with your colleagues that you won't be available during these times for interruptions.

It is important that you clear time on your calendar for all of these sessions.  Unlike a typical meeting, you will not be able to "step out" of these sessions to do other work, attend other meetings or handle emails.  We'll have breaks where you can take care of urgent business.
