This is a quick check-in about the sessions starting next week on the X project.

If you have not already done so, please verify that you can log into CardSmith.  Let me know if I need to resend your invitation.

As a reminder, these are active collaboration sessions that will require your full attention. Please act as if we've gone "off-site" and communicate with your colleagues that you won't be available during these times for interruptions.

It is important that you clear time on your calendar for all of these sessions.  Unlike a typical meeting, you will not be able to "step out" of these sessions to do other work, attend other meetings or handle emails.  We'll have breaks where you can take care of urgent business.
