They represent many cultures, languages, and industries to provide responsive support within your region.
Each Consultant is vetted, trained, and certified by RLCI — their deep experience with product development and RLC methods ensures successful delivery of our training and consulting services.
Our Consultant Network serves as the backbone of the RLCI delivery system, interfacing directly with our clients worldwide.
Levels of Certification
CERTIFIED INSTRUCTORS
Rapid Learning Cycles Certified® Instructors are certified to teach our public workshops. This is the highest certification, given only to the most experienced members of the network, so that our newest community members are set up for success from the beginning.
CERTIFIED SENIOR CONSULTANTS
The Senior Consultants have primary responsibility for driving Rapid Learning Cycles in a region or industry vertical. They work side-by-side with Katherine Radeka and the other Senior Consultants to build awareness of the framework and have primary responsibility for full-scale adoption of Rapid Learning Cycles in their regions.
CERTIFIED CONSULTANTS
All Certified Consultants are experienced product generation consultants with an established client base. Our Consultants have decided to become certified in Rapid Learning Cycles so that they can offer a more complete set of services to their development teams.
CERTIFIED DESIGN / ENGINEERING ASSOCIATES
Design / Engineering Associates are certified to use Rapid Learning Cycles on client engagements to deliver contract design & engineering services, but do not themselves provide RLC training or coaching to clients.
CERTIFIED PROJECT ASSOCIATES
Project Associates work side-by-side with Katherine and other Senior Consultants to deliver large programs using Rapid Learning Cycles. They typically work through Rapid Learning Cycles Institute or other consultants.
