Who Needs Certification?
Certification provides the assurance that a person working with Rapid Learning Cycles has the best possible chance of success:
- Project leaders who will run a team using Rapid Learning Cycles but don't want to fumble their first attempt or reverse-engineer the best methods for implementation.
- Product Development Process (PDP) Owners who want to incorporate RLC concepts, practices and tools into their organization's standard PDP (which requires licensed use).
- Process owners in ISO-certified organizations and those working in regulated industries who want to ensure that their implementation of RLC fits the ISO standards for innovation management and integrates well with industry practices done to support regulatory filings.
- Anyone who doesn't want to waste time re-learning the things we've already learned through more than a decade of experience using the framework in situations like yours.
An Investment In Your Successful Project
A Rapid Learning Cycles workshop for a team of four in a semi-private setting costs under €10,000 - for most product development teams, this is less than 1% of the cost of the whole program.
Even if your project only has a €100,000 budget, this is still less than the cost of one month of project delay. Yet teams using RLC for the first time are up to 30% faster, mostly by eliminating multiple sources of project delays.
And if you can pull together a group of 8 or more yourself, the per-person cost goes down but the value goes up. You will be able to work together to interpret the RLC framework for your organization's specific needs, which will help you master the framework and get even more value from it.

Two Options to Choose From:
In-Person (2-Day)
Global Project Leader Workshop
Choose this option if:
- Your team is all in one location and normally comes into the office, at least for important events.
- You live nearby a RLC public course, you are part of a network that can sponsor one, or you are willing to do a semi-private course with a nearby client.
- You prefer face-to-face and you are willing to travel for it — or pay for our travel to get it in your office.
Virtual (4-Day)
Global Project Leader Workshop
Choose this option if:
- Your team is already virtual and scattered across time zones.
- You want to know how to run Rapid Learning Cycles with online teams from the beginning.
- You have a time-sensitive need and want private lessons in Rapid Learning Cycles for a small team in the most economical way possible.
Both options are available as public and private workshops for 6 - 24 people, and as private lessons for groups of 1 - 6. The content is the same - the only difference is the format and the tools we use.

Join the Watch List
The Watch List is how we organize workshops for smaller companies and those who want to start with just training a few people.
Answer a few simple questions about yourself and your group, then we will seek to match you with others in your region to form public or semi-private workshops.
If you have a group of eight or more people to train then a private workshop will be a better and more economical option. Set up a conversation with me to review your needs and our options.
