In-Person Training Over Two Full-Day Sessions
Choose this option if:
- Your team is all in one location and normally comes into the office, at least for important events.
- You live nearby a RLC public course, you are part of a network that can sponsor one, or you are willing to do a semi-private course with a nearby client.
- You prefer face-to-face and you are willing to travel for it — or pay for our travel to get it in your office.
The Details
Structure: Two days of live interactive sessions that go deeply into the Rapid Learning Cycles framework from the perspective of the team's leadership.
Total Time Commitment: 20 hours total: 4 hours pre-work / 12 hours in class / 4 hours post-work
Format: Pre-recorded video + two 6-hour live sessions
Options to Fit Your Location & Availability
Public: We occasionally offer public in-person workshops, often as part of other events that we attend. We always offer these places first to people on our Watch List before announcing them publicly.
Semi-Private: We gather names of interested people on our Watch List, then organize them into groups of non-competing companies.
Private: We come to your site and do the training for a group of people from your company. We write a case study that's grounded in recent experiences you've had, team members can use real situations from work in some of their exercises, and we can talk more openly about how to adapt RLCs to fit your specific needs.
Private with Train-the-Trainer: For large organizations, we work over a series of 3 - 5 workshops to develop 2 or more internal trainer/coaches, customize the materials to suit you, and provide a license to use RLC across your company.

Note: These prices will be the same for the virtual classes but will also have travel expenses.
- Individual registrations for public and semi-private workshops: €2,490 with 10% discount for 4 or more in the same workshop.
- Individual private lessons for a group of 1 - 2 people: this is an online-only option unless bundled with other in-person consulting.
- Private classes:
- For groups of up to 8: €14,800
- For groups of 9 - 16: €24,700
- For groups of 17-24: €33,600
- Train-the-trainer: Final price depends upon the number of participants and the degree of customization desired.
We price the workshops the same for both in-person and online courses. The in-person courses also require reimbursing necessary travel expenses.

Answer a few simple questions about yourself and your group, then we will seek to match you with others in your region to form public or semi-private workshops.
If you have a group of eight or more people to train then a private workshop will be a better and more economical option. Set up a conversation with me to review your needs and our options.
Complete Agenda and Resources
The core training consists of these modules, in this order. We will cover modules 1-3 on Day 1 and Modules 4-6 on Day 2. You will need to plan to spend about 4 hours watching videos in the 2 weeks prior to the class, as this material will not be repeated in the class.

We offer ongoing support to our Rapid Learning Cycles Certified® Professionals by phone, email, and through online forums to make sure that you never slow down or get stuck as you use the Rapid Learning Cycles framework for the first time. If you run into any difficulties using the ideas we’ve taught in the workshops, please contact us right away to make an appointment. Chances are, we’ve seen your challenge before, and we can help you overcome it. And if you've given it an honest try, reached out for help and it's still not working, we'll refund your registration fee.
For group registrations: Enter the number of registrations on the product page. We will reach out to you to get names and email addresses, and hold space until we receive them.
We accept payment via credit / debit card, as well as EU-friendly IBAN transfers and iDEAL. The EU option will deliver the VAT-compliant invoice that your accounting department needs.
If your company requires an invoice prior to payment, we can prepare one but we will not hold space until payment has been received. The invoice will be issued "Due Upon Receipt."
You may choose to convert the currency in your shopping cart; for most companies, you are better off keeping the registration fees in Euros.
Euro: All prices quoted ex-VAT; valid company VAT number required for registration. We do not sell to individual consumers in the EU or anywhere else where that creates additional tax liability for us.
For private training and other services in the Netherlands, 21% VAT will be added to the base price on your invoice. Outside the Netherlands, we issue the invoice using the Reverse-Charge scheme.
For in-person workshops, we add local VAT as needed to comply with local tax regulations.
US$: Sales tax may be added to your registration invoice based upon your location.
