TWO Special Talks from Katherine:

Flexible and Forgiving: What Makes Rapid Learning Cycles Stick?

In this talk, Katherine Radeka will share the specific design choices that make the Rapid Learning Cycles framework easy to adopt, easy to use, and easy to share, and how you can use these ideas to strengthen your organization's Product Development Process to make it easier to use.

Rapid Learning Cycles with AI Tools: Help or Hindrance?

AI tools have the ability to process and summarize vast amounts of human knowledge — as long as that knowledge is captured in a form that AI tools like machine learning and LLMs can be trained to use.

But much of the most valuable knowledge in a technology company is completely hidden in places where AI engines can't find it: the brains of the company's most-experienced engineers.

What does Rapid Learning Cycles have to say about creating, capturing and sharing knowledge in today's AI-supported product development?

Pre-Summit Workshops on Special Topics
Post-Summit Global Project Leader Certification Workshop

Tuesday, 19 May — Pre-Conference Workshops

  • Execution Cycles in the RLC Framework:  How to make the transition from early- to mid-development without losing the agility that Rapid Learning Cycles delivers in early development.
  • Writing Better Key Decision and Knowledge Gap Reports:  A workshop for using these reports to capture knowledge more effectively so that they lead to better Key Decisions and become captured knowledge that future development teams can leverage.
  • Free with Summit Admission:  The Rapid Learning Cycles Experience:  We recommend this for anyone who is attending the workshop without any experience in Rapid Learning Cycles.

Wednesday, 20 May — Rapid Learning Cycles Summit

Thursday-Friday, 21-22 May — In-Person Global Project Leader Certification Workshop

This is our flagship workshop for training individuals and teams on how to use Rapid Learning Cycles in their own programs.

We don't offer this as a public in-person workshop very often — the last one was a year ago. We mainly deliver this as a private corporate training for groups. So, if you are part of a small team, or exploring Rapid Learning Cycles and want to go deeper, this is your best chance to learn.

This program is delivered partly online and partly offline. The total time commitment is 20 hours: 2 hours of pre-work, 12 hours of class time, and 6 hours after the conference to prepare for the Certification Exam.

Special Full Package Price includes the program for all four days.

Who Should Attend This Summit?

  • Product Development, R&D, and Innovation Leaders who want to accelerate product development in their organizations.
  • Project Leaders, System Engineers, Product Architects, and Technical Leads who want to help their leaders make better decisions about their products.
  • Project Management Office leaders who support innovation and product development programs.
  • Anyone who wants to learn how Agile principles apply to physical product development.

Plus, when you register a team of 4 or more for the Workshop, an additional 10% discount will automatically be applied, if received by 30 April 2026.

*10% discount applies to everyone from your company if at least four have registered for the workshop. Otherwise, 10% discount applies to Summit + Pre-Workshop registrations only.

For group registrations:  Enter the number of registrations on the product page.  We will reach out to you to get names and email addresses, and hold space until we receive them.

We accept payment via credit / debit card, as well as EU-friendly IBAN transfers and iDEAL. The EU option will deliver the VAT-compliant invoice that your accounting department needs.

If your company requires an invoice prior to payment, we can prepare one but we will not hold space until payment has been received. The invoice will be issued "Due Upon Receipt."

You may choose to convert the currency in your shopping cart; for most companies, you are better off keeping the registration fees in Euros.

Euro: All prices quoted ex-VAT; valid company VAT number required for registration. We do not sell to individual consumers in the EU or anywhere else where that creates additional tax liability for us.

For private training and other services in the Netherlands, 21% VAT will be added to the base price on your invoice.  Outside the Netherlands, we issue the invoice using the Reverse-Charge scheme.

For in-person workshops, we add local VAT as needed to comply with local tax regulations.

US$: Sales tax may be added to your registration invoice based upon your location.

Please review the full Terms and Conditions for Global Project Leader workshop registrations.
