This facilitated Rapid Learning Cycles Practitioner Training will be an introduction to the fundamentals of the Rapid Learning Cycles framework. This learning experience will prepare members of the team to participate in a Rapid Learning Cycles program, enabling the team to collaborate effectively to run a successful Rapid Learning Cycles program.
This training will provide a working knowledge of the key RLC framework elements:
- Core Hypothesis
- Key Decisions
- Knowledge Gaps
- Learning Cycle Events
- Integration Events
- Key Decision and Knowledge Gap Reports
Participants will learn how to write well-formed Key Decision and Knowledge Gap questions, how to find the Last Responsible Moment for a Key Decision, how to contribute to a Learning Cycles Plan and how to write Key Decision and Knowledge Gap reports.
This Course will Include:
- Two and a half hours of video content to be viewed in advance
- Live Sessions with Facilitator – concurrent with the Kickoff Event
- Workbook materials, supplemental videos, resources, and templates
To make the most of your Practitioner Training, we recommend that you watch these videos prior to the Kickoff Event. Your instructor will expand on these concepts with you during your live training sessions.
