Welcome!
This four-hour online Elements of Rapid Learning Cycles class will introduce you to the fundamentals of the Rapid Learning Cycles framework.
After finishing this class, you will no longer wonder what others mean when they talk about Key Decisions, Knowledge Gaps, the Core Hypothesis, Learning Cycle Events or Integration Events. If you have heard those terms used casually in other contexts, you'll understand why our precise definitions lead to more repeatable results.
Course Outline
The Class Includes:
- Facilitated version includes four one-hour live sessions to review your observations and experiences with the Action Worksheets, and allow ample time for questions and discussion.
- Pre-recorded video covering key content that you can review multiple times on your own time to help you internalize the ideas.
- Action Worksheets to help you experiment with the concepts and make observations so that you can determine whether or not to go further with Rapid Learning Cycles.
- Private 1:1 action planning session with your coach to help you determine your next steps.
Total Time Commitment: 6 hours over four weeks for the live session / 2 hours for video only.
Format: Pre-recorded video with option for four live sessions
Date / Time Options: We run these classes on an alternating schedule between Regions on a four-week cadence excluding holiday weeks. If these dates don't work for you, contact us to get on the list for the next one.
