For our certified professionals who have attended an in-person workshop, this gives you the ability to participate in our updated Global Project Leader Training at a reduced rate. This gives you an opportunity to practice the new steps in the process with Katherine personally, in the virtual environment that is now more common for Rapid Learning Cycles.
Sign up by May 10 to receive up to three 1/2 hour coaching sessions with Katherine to help you develop a plan to incorporate these updates into your teams’ Rapid Learning Cycles framework. This would normally cost more than the update itself!
This will prepare you to use the most recent version of the framework. We have learned a lot since you attended the in-person version of the workshop. Even if you still run Rapid Learning Cycles mostly in person, these changes will strengthen your teams’ ability to get value from this process.
The update will maximize your ability to run Kickoff Events virtually, with the process we have been honing for the past three years, and the most up-to-date materials. You will continue to have access to the new materials on the updated platforms, even as we roll out different access levels for future workshop attendees.
We will release the new online materials to you as soon as they are available and you have completed your registration. Then we will work with you to match you to an upcoming Global Project Leader training.
