Katherine Radeka
Chief Executive Officer & Chief Consultant
Katherine has helped product development teams around the world, with a special focus on envirotech, alternative energy and medical devices. She's the person to call when the world needed your solutions yesterday.
She is also the best person to call if you need to pull together an international team to support global adoption of Rapid Learning Cycles.
Whittier Consulting Group, Inc. was formed by Katherine Radeka in 2005 and continues to be the home for her consulting work.
Kathy Iberle
Non-Resident Senior Advisor
Katherine met Kathy Iberle in 2000, when they were both working for Hewlett Packard's Printer Group. They drove several major programs together before Katherine left HP in 2005 to start Whittier Consulting Group.
They reconnected after Kathy left HP so that Katherine could leverage Kathy's Agile experience. Kathy supported one of the four major programs that led to the development of the Rapid Learning Cycles framework, and said at the time, "If this works — it's a breakthrough!"
Seven years later, hundreds of companies have experienced breakthrough acceleration of time-to-market. Kathy has continued to contribute to the evolution of the framework.
Walt Donzila
Chief Sales Officer
Walt works with new and existing clients to understand how we can serve them to the highest extent possible, and getting them the best results our firm can provide. He also assists members of our Consultant Network to streamline their own sales and client relationship systems.
Walt has deep experience scaling professional services firms, most recently in the energy industry.
Gene Radeka
Chief Operating Officer
Gene Radeka has been working alongside Katherine since 2009, to ensure that customer service and other business operations run smoothly, no matter where Katherine is in the world.
He built the team to support our growth so that clients continue to receive the same great experience as we serve more customers simultaneously.
Shivaun Black
Director of Finance
Shivaun Black joined Rapid Learning Cycles Institute in 2016 to manage financial systems and tax reporting. Her entrepreneurial background has helped the organization successfully navigate the challenges of rapid growth.
She is the go-to person for answering questions about payment methods, invoices and licensing policies.
Teri O'Hara
Manager of Education Services
Teri O'Hara manages a team responsible for delivering workshops and courses. She works directly with our team of Rapid Learning Cycles Certified® Instructors to manage our calendar of classes and private trainings.
She is the go-to person for questions about group registrations, course materials and the Learning Management System we use to deliver course content.
Ben Jakel
Marketing Coordinator
Ben Jakel is responsible for our multi-channel marketing strategy, including our email newsletter, social media posts and other channels of communication.
He is the go-to person for questions about how we ensure that our community knows about upcoming workshops and events, or for problems with email newsletter subscriptions.
