Video Lesson Viewing Schedule

Module 1 should be watched prior to the start of your first live session.

Modules 2 – 4 may be watched before, during or after the live sessions.

Module 10 should be watched after the live session.

Next Live Session Schedule

Since your active participation is an important part of the process of learning how to run these events, we will not record these sessions.

If you must miss all or part of a session, you’ll need to join a future class’s live sessions in order to complete this class and gain access to the resources.

You will receive a Zoom invitation to your sessions on the Friday before your live sessions begin. Here are the dates / times for your calendar:

Region A: EMEA / Eastern Americas
Tuesday / Thursday September 8 – 10
15.00 – 18.00 CEST / 9 am – 12 noon Eastern

Region B: Western Americas / Asia-Pacific
Monday-Tuesday / Wednesday-Thursday September 14-15 / 16-17
2 pm – 5 pm PDT on Mon-Wed /9 am – 12 noon NZ time on Tue-Thurs

Class Information

This Class Includes:

• Two live half-day sessions to give you the experience you need to run these meetings with confidence.
• Updated materials for both Virtual and Face to Face Kickoff Events that leverage our most recent experiences so that you can help your teams achieve better results. These will be sent to you when they are ready, later in September
• Pre-recorded video covering key content that you can review multiple times on your own time to help you get ready for your first real event, so that you can walk into that event well-prepared to lead your team through the process.
• Templates and checklists for key preparation and follow-up tasks.
• Access to our video library of core content for Rapid Learning Cycles to help you prepare new team members for their first event. These will be released to you when they are ready, later in September.
• One year personal membership to CardSmith, our recommended tool for Virtual Kickoff Events.

Total Time Commitment: 8 hours
