Announcing: Rapid Learning Cycles Summit in Rotterdam in May

Rapid Learning Cycles Summit
20 May 2026 — Rotterdam, Netherlands

Join Your Host Katherine Radeka for a Full-Day Forum with Accomplished RLC Users

You are invited to a one-day forum featuring RLC specialists with demonstrated results in a range of industries across Europe.  We are working on the agenda right now, with five confirmed speakers, plus two special talks that I will personally deliver.

Confirmed Industry Speakers:

Links go to the speakers' LinkedIn profiles for now. I'll have titles, descriptions, and bios in the next iteration of this page.

Topics to be covered include:

  • Why Rapid Learning Cycles adoption grows inside organizations and how that transforms them — without the need for broad-based culture change initiatives or transformation programs.
  • How Rapid Learning Cycles works within phase-gate Product Development Processes so that they work better.
  • What we've learned about the use of machine learning and LLMs alongside Rapid Learning Cycles to deliver better products.
  • How Rapid Learning Cycles scales down to the startup level / small innovation teams, and scales up to meet the needs of the largest product development organizations.

RLC Summit:  20 May, 8:30 – 17:00

Pre-Summit Workshops on Special Topics
Post-Summit Global Project Leader Certification Workshop

Tuesday, 19 May — Pre-Conference Workshops

  • Execution Cycles in the RLC Framework:  How to make the transition from early- to mid-development without losing the agility that Rapid Learning Cycles delivers in early development.
  • Writing Better Key Decision and Knowledge Gap Reports:  A workshop for using these reports to capture knowledge more effectively so that they lead to better Key Decisions and become captured knowledge that future development teams can leverage.
  • Free with Summit Admission:  The Rapid Learning Cycles Experience:  We recommend this for anyone who is attending the workshop without any experience in Rapid Learning Cycles.

Wednesday, 20 May — Rapid Learning Cycles Summit

Thursday-Friday, 21-22 May — In-Person Global Project Leader Certification Workshop

This is our flagship workshop for training individuals and teams on how to use Rapid Learning Cycles in their own programs.

We don't offer this as a public in-person workshop very often — the last one was a year ago. We mainly deliver this as a private corporate training for groups. So, if you are part of a small team, or exploring Rapid Learning Cycles and want to go deeper, this is your best chance to learn.

This program is delivered partly online and partly offline. The total time commitment is 20 hours: 2 hours of pre-work, 12 hours of class time, and 6 hours after the conference to prepare for the Certification Exam.

Special Full Package Price includes the program for all four days.

Who Should Attend This Summit?

  • Product Development, R&D, and Innovation Leaders who want to accelerate product development in their organizations.
  • Project Leaders, System Engineers, Product Architects, and Technical Leads who want to help their leaders make better decisions about their products.
  • Project Management Office leaders who support innovation and product development programs.
  • Anyone who wants to learn how Agile principles apply to physical product development.

Plus, when you register a team of 4 or more for the Workshop, an additional 10% discount will automatically be applied, if received by 31 March 2026.

*10% discount applies to everyone from your company if at least four have registered for the workshop. Otherwise, 10% discount applies to Summit + Pre-Workshop registrations only.

Kairos Power

"We have observed that the conventional nuclear development cycle is long, slow, and capital intensive.

At Kairos Power, we are disrupting this cycle by adopting a rapid, iterative approach to accelerate design, test, and building. Our approach leverages multiple design-build-test cycles with non-nuclear and nuclear systems prior to the first commercial reactor.

Since 2019, Kairos has been working with Rapid Learning Cycles to reduce development risk associated with some of its most complex systems."

For group registrations:  Enter the number of registrations on the product page.  We will reach out to you to get names and email addresses, and hold space until we receive them.

We accept payment via credit / debit card, as well as EU-friendly IBAN transfers and iDEAL. The EU option will deliver the VAT-compliant invoice that your accounting department needs.

If your company requires an invoice prior to payment, we can prepare one but we will not hold space until payment has been received. The invoice will be issued "Due Upon Receipt."

You may choose to convert the currency in your shopping cart; for most companies, you are better off keeping the registration fees in Euros.

Euro: All prices quoted ex-VAT; valid company VAT number required for registration. We do not sell to individual consumers in the EU or anywhere else where that creates additional tax liability for us.

In the Netherlands, 21% VAT will be added to the base price on your invoice.  Outside the Netherlands, we issue the invoice using the Reverse-Charge scheme.

US$: Sales tax may be added to your registration invoice based upon your location.

Please review the full Terms and Conditions for Global Project Leader workshop registrations.
